What are the responsibilities and job description for the Filler Operator - Concord, NC position at S&D Coffee?
We are currently seeking a Filler Operator. This position operates both the Bulk and Liquid Fillers, maintaining product integrity, throughput, HACCP, quality and food safety standards.
* Operate Bulk and Bottle Fillers, Conveyors, Induction Heat Sealer, and Labeler and possess a thorough understanding of the equipment, controls, and product requirements
* Ensure compliance with all GMPs, Food Safety (HACCP, CCPs), and Quality Requirements
* Complete required MES/Paperwork documentation to stage and consume all materials and product
* by correct "lot" number and/or work order numbers to ensure product traceability and Regulatory Requirements
* Stage primary and non-primary packaging
* Execute all MSS (Master Sanitation Tasks) of assigned equipment to ensure all equipment meets sanitation requirements and ready for daily production
* Collect and submit required samples for Quality Assurance purposes
* Operate and safely use required Material Handling Equipment
* Assist Maintenance in the troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment issues impacting equipment throughput, safety, or quality
* Execute additional duties as assigned by management
