Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Manage and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals.
- Lead tax planning strategies and advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
- Review corporate tax provisions and consolidated filings.
- Serve as the primary advisor to clients on complex financial and tax decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior tax staff to support their career growth.
- Drive firm growth by building strong client relationships and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Active CPA license is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field required.
- 5 years of public accounting tax experience preferred.
- Deep expertise handling tax provisions, complex consolidations, and corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, and individual taxation.
- Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and entity planning.
- Proven ability to manage engagements, mentor junior staff, and lead with an outgoing, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and client relationship management skills paired with strong technical problem-solving and advisory capabilities.
