This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience after installation by diagnosing issues, performing high-quality repairs, and ensuring every homeowner remains confident in our work.

- Diagnose and repair a variety of bathroom remodeling and installation issues
- Troubleshoot problems in the field and develop effective solutions
- Install and replace bathroom fixtures, trim, accessories, hardware, and glass components
- Complete repairs with strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs, timelines, and expectations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
- Document repairs completed, materials used, and follow-up needs
- Coordinate with the production team on scheduling and additional repair work
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory professionally
- Experience in remodeling, finish carpentry, plumbing fixture installation, service work, or warranty repair
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude in customers’ homes
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut
