THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a ground-floor role in a shop that's built for scale. You won't be sweeping floors and waiting for someone to notice you. From day one, you'll be on the lift, on the road test, and in the mix with experienced advisors and technicians who will push you to get better every single day. If you want reps, this is where you get them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Get your hands on everything — every make, every model, every system. No two days look the same.
Drive the cars. Road test every vehicle that comes through the door — feel what's wrong before it's on the lift.
Own the lift. You'll be doing full under-car inspections daily: brakes, suspension, exhaust, axles, the works.
Learn to diagnose with your eyes, not just a scanner — spot oil leaks, worn boots, failing bearings, and cracked mounts before they become someone's emergency.
Build real speed. The goal is a complete vehicle inspection in under 15 minutes. You'll get there, and it'll feel like a superpower.
Level up constantly through hands-on daily coaching, real feedback, and more reps than most techs get in a full year somewhere else.
Work alongside experienced advisors and techs who will push you, teach you, and hold you to a standard that actually means something.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience is a bonus. Drive is a requirement. We can teach skills. We can't teach hunger.
- 2–4 years of hands-on automotive experience (shop, dealership, or independent)
- A student mentality — you want to be coached, not just told what to do
- High energy. You move with urgency and take pride in your work.
- Attention to speed and detail — we move fast, but we never miss what matters
- Team player. Front-of-house and back-of-house win together here.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required — we value work ethic over credentials
