Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 – $120,000 per year (Top installers earn more)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and complete full bathroom remodel installations
• Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented finishes
• Manage the job site and keep projects moving efficiently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in:
  • Bathroom remodeling
  • Carpentry / trim work
  • Tile / plumbing experience (big plus)
• Lead installer mentality – takes ownership of the job
• Clean, professional, customer-first attitude
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to pass background & drug screening
