What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney position at Hinckley Allen?
Hinckley Allen is looking for a Trusts & Estates associate to join a dynamic, sophisticated, and prestigious estate planning and trust and estate administration practice. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least three (3) years and have experience working with high-net-worth clients in developing estate planning strategies, including drafting relevant documents for a range of individuals and estates, handling all aspects of the probate and estate administration process, including post-mortem estate and tax planning. Candidates should also have experience advising institutional clients, closely-held and/or charitable organizations with regard to the legal and tax complexities of fiduciary administration. Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Rhode Island bar (or eligible to be admitted to the Rhode Island bar).
