Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. (AP&S) is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Rhode Island. The Corporate Associate will play a key role across a broad range of legal matters and collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review memoranda, briefs, and other corporate documents
- Manage discovery processes, including requests, responses, and complex dispute resolution
- Provide timely legal research and analysis on a variety of substantive topics
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic legal solutions
- Maintain strict adherence to legal deadlines and organizational protocols
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Active license, in good standing, to practice law in Rhode Island
- Work out of our Providence or Newport offices
