What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Finance Associate position at Hinckley Allen?
Hinckley Allen is looking for a mid-level finance associate with an interest in joining a dynamic and sophisticated corporate and business law practice. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least three (3) years and have experience representing financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and/or developers on complex commercial finance and real estate finance transactions, including asset-based, corporate and industrial, commercial real estate, affordable housing, and renewable energy financing. Candidates should also have some familiarity handling loan and credit agreements, interest rate swaps, participation agreements, and intercreditor and subordination arrangements.Admission to Massachusetts bar required (or must be obtained within 6-12 months).
