We are seeking a hands on, service driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations at our hotel. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, banquet, and in room dining services while driving team performance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including AM/PM restaurant service, bar operations, banquets, and in room dining
- Lead all F&B hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts
- Manage and execute banquet operations, including setup, service flow, and breakdown
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards across all outlets
- Maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling to support business demands
- Monitor and control labor, cost of goods, and departmental expenses
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned, overseeing the entire hotel operation during shifts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Work Experience
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong background in restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing teams
- Ability to lead both front-of-house and event execution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience managing labor costs, scheduling, and inventory is preferred
