As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring accuracy in orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Work Experience
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Upsell menu items and promote featured offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred (hotel or restaurant environment a plus)
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Certification:
- Valid Kentucky STARS Certification (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) is required prior to hire
