Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality in residential or hospitality settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming and spotless space for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and products.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing specialized treatments such as carpet cleaning or floor polishing when necessary.
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, waste disposal, and maintaining overall hygiene throughout the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing to ensure continuous service.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or damage to property.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning methods.
• Experience with laundry services and managing household or hotel housekeeping tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management.
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
