We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs during breakfast service.
- Assist with food preparation, including cooking, meal preparation, and presentation of breakfast items.
- Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to guests.
- Perform cleaning duties post-service to maintain a hygienic environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as server, host/host, or barista.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for guest relations.
- Experience with kitchen tasks such as cooking, food preparation, and cleaning is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of service.
