- Prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience
- Assist with food preparation, including slicing, plating, and presentation of breakfast items using proper food handling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, buffet stations, kitchen, and storage spaces by cleaning tables, counters, and equipment regularly
- Manage food safety standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Support with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to keep the dining area organized and inviting
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for guest transactions accurately and efficiently
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly valued
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
- Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering transactions
- Familiarity with catering, banquet service, or hotel breakfast operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and friendly guest relations abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of coffee brewing or barista experience is beneficial for beverage service
- Basic cleaning and bussing skills to ensure a tidy dining space at all times
