Responsibilities Include:
- Establish clear communication with engineering leadership.
- Assist maintenance staff on special projects.
- Maintain detailed records in English for logs and inspection sheets.
- Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling repairs.
- Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.
- Complete other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver's License
- 6 months to a year previous experience preferred.
- Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
