- Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our marketing team.
- Perform concierge duties such as educating guests about available services, answering the phones, and sharing promotional material.
- Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions while working closely with our resort operations team.
- At least six months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry or hospitality industry.
- Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.
