As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the ambassador of our hotel, ensuring our guests' satisfaction and an unforgettable experience. Pay: $17.50 -$18.75 hourly

• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process.
• Provide guests with personalized recommendations for exploring Chicago's attractions and events.
• Handle guest requests promptly, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

• Monitor guest occupancy and manage room assignments effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a guest-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure a smooth guest experience.
