Foreclosure Specialist – Orlando, FL
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite/Local Candidates Preferred)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Foreclosure Specialist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role plays a critical part in supporting and ensuring quality across our Asset Recovery processes, including delinquent HOA maintenance fees, mortgage/loan foreclosures, and voluntary surrender (timeshare) processes.

What You’ll Do
- Audit Asset Recovery processes (loan foreclosures, HOA foreclosures, deed-in-lieu, deedbacks) to ensure timelines, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate and process demand letters, warranty deeds, and foreclosure documentation
- Prepare deeds and alternative ownership transfer documents for execution
- Assist owners through voluntary surrender (Deedback) processes
- Monitor bankruptcy accounts, legal fees/invoices, and foreclosure timelines
- Track foreclosure activity across properties, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up
- Partner with legal agents on mortgage and HOA foreclosure actions
- Maintain organized files for accounts with pending legal activity
- Process cancellation requests and complete final cancellation packets
- Provide inbound collections support, general customer service, and handle escalated calls
- Support onboarding and cross-training of new team members
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in timeshare, real estate, title/deeding, foreclosure, or legal environments preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Local to the Orlando area or willing to commute
