As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, making sure their stay is enjoyable and smooth. Schedule details: Full-Time Responsibilities: •Create a smooth, welcoming, and exceptional experience for guests at every step of their stay, from arrival to departure. •Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. •Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. •Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. •Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. •Promote hotel services and amenities, enhancing the guest experience. •Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions with utmost accuracy. •Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
