Line Cook/Breakfast Cook

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a breakfast cook. As a breakfast cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, assisting with food preparation and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. If you have a culinary background, enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and have a passion for creating delicious meals, we would love to hear from you. Schedule is Monday to Friday 5am-11am and Saturday-Sunday 6a-12p.

Duties:
- Cooking of various dishes according to recipes and menu specifications (cook-to-order and buffet)

-Execute cooking procedures based on written recipes requiring preparation from raw ingredients.

- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Assist with stock rotation

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and ovens

-Plate to the specifications of the brand

Qualifications:
- 1 year previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is required

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
