Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations within the hotel.

As the leader of the department, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional service and guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning and managing finances, orders and staffing. Maximizing sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering staff engagement and focusing on quality and efficiency overall will be your primary objectives.

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of daily operations, including:

• Team leadership including attracting, training and retaining staff
• Catering and events
• Budget management
• Ordering
• Menu design
• Customer service
• Scheduling
• Inventory and reporting
• Implementation of policies/procedures
• Compliance with health/safety regulations
• Compliance with brand standards required for the hotel (Hilton)

Knowledge and skills required for the Food & Beverage Manager include:

• Proven food and beverage experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Micros POS/ Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
• Communication and leadership skills
• Food and beverage trends and best practices
• Adaptability and flexibility
