Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Kalispell, MT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms as assigned.
• Replace linens, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeping associate or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
