Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Adhere to all Hilton Garden Inn policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Associate, preferably in a Hilton Garden Inn or similar hotel environment.
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
