Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, catering, banquets, and room service, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance team committed to exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement processes, and cost controls to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all food handling and preparation areas.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain high standards of food presentation, preparation, and cleanliness.
