Duties
- Set up breakfast areas with fresh food, beverages, and condiments, ensuring everything is inviting and well-stocked.
- Serve guests with enthusiasm, taking care to accommodate dietary preferences and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
- Prepare light food items and assist with food presentation to uphold high standards of quality and appearance.
- Monitor food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Replenish supplies regularly during service hours to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation needs and assist with catering or banquet setups when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
- Strong background in customer service and serving roles within restaurants or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, including light cooking or buffet setup.
- Experience working in banquet or catering environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety standards essential for maintaining quality service.
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service can be beneficial.
