Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct residential or commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and surface sanitization.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
• Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards across all areas.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure availability at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with residents or guests and team members.
