Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages or bilingual communication when applicable
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, update records in hotel management systems such as OPERA, and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are preferred
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is advantageous
- Previous night audit experience or hotel experience focusing on front desk operations is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting
