Duties and Expectations
Lead with strategy: Develop and execute catering and event sales strategies that align with Hilton’s high standards and business goals.
Create memorable moments: Plan, organize, and deliver top-tier catering services — from concept and menu design to flawless setup and execution.
Connect with clients: Build strong relationships by understanding client visions, customizing packages, and exceeding expectations at every step.
Drive results: Prepare and manage catering budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Inspire your team: Hire, train, and lead a dynamic catering staff — from servers and chefs to setup crews — fostering a culture of service excellence.
Collaborate across departments: Partner with the culinary team, sales, and operations to ensure every event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Uphold the highest standards: Ensure compliance with Hilton’s food safety, health, and licensing regulations while maintaining impeccable presentation and service quality.
Innovate and elevate: Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce fresh ideas, and continuously enhance the hotel’s catering offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality management with a track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, able to juggle multiple events while keeping every detail in check.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and catering best practices.
- A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.

- Flexible shifts
- Morning, Day, Evening, Night, and Overnight shifts available
- Flexible Availability: Rotating weekends and weekend availability as needed
