Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary: The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping produce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and palletize orders accurately and efficiently.
• Examine incoming produce for signs of spoilage, damage, or contamination. Report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance teams.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by staging pallets, verifying order contents, and labeling boxes or containers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas. Follow all food and warehouse safety rules.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or produce handling experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cold environments, such as refrigerated storage areas.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Great communication skills and a team player.
