About the Role

We’re hiring a Order Fulfillment Associate to support our daily order fulfillment operations. This role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a hands-on, physical role best suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable being on their feet throughout the day.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods

What You’ll Do

• Pick products accurately using order sheets or handheld scanners
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily deadlines
• Use scanning systems to track inventory and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• Reliable attendance and punctuality (critical for this role)
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
• Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20-35 lbs regularly
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail (order accuracy is essential)
• Basic computer skills (scanners, simple systems)
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, stocking, or production experience
• Experience with picking/packing or shipping processes

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent lifting (up to 35 lbs)
• Bending, reaching, and working at various heights
• Navigating warehouse aisles and using ladders when needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
