About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to support our daily order operations.
This role is customer-facing and fast-paced, combining phone support, order processing, and general office coordination. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
What You’ll Do
Customer Service (Primary Focus)
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries
- Provide front-desk support for walk-in customers
- Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes
Order Processing
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Update order details, product information, and customer records
- Assist with account-related requests and follow-ups
Office & Administrative Support
- Perform data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Generate reports and assist with documentation
- Help maintain office organization and daily operations
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- Strong reliability and professionalism (front-facing role)
- 1 year of customer service, office, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- 2 years of customer service or office experience
- Experience with order entry or order processing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
Work Style Fit (Important)
This role is best for someone who:
- Enjoys constant interaction (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Can handle interruptions and shift priorities quickly

Physical Requirements
- Primarily desk-based work
- Occasional walking, reaching, and light lifting (up to 15 -25 lbs)
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
