Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process payments accurately
- Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

Experience:

MUST BE INDEPENDENT AND ABLE TO WORK ALONE
MUST BE FRIENDLY!
ONE YEAR MINIMUM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIRED!
LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT -- NO TEMPORARY HIRES
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with various coffee blends
- Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of retail math principles for handling transactions and calculating change
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Ability to prioritize customer service while maintaining a focus on sales goals
- Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices
