Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred but not required.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of activities for nursing home residents.
- Observe resident rights by following policies and procedures including maintaining confidentiality and assist the Director of Social Services.
- Assist with visitations
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, visitors and staff.
- Respond positively to change and show willingness to learn new things.
