Physical Therapist - PRN

Hillside Medical Lodge is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to oversee patient caseloads and clinical protocols. Our 128-bed skilled nursing facility focuses on objective functional outcomes and structured post-acute rehabilitation workflows.

We utilize standardized medical protocols to advance resident mobility and track rehabilitation milestones. Walk-in interviews are available at our facility Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Starting at $52/hour.
• Schedule: PRN. No set schedule. Hours vary based on facility caseload and resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial clinical evaluations and establish functional physical therapy goals.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient mobility, strength, and safety.
• Document clinical progress within required post-acute compliance frameworks and timelines.
• Coordinate patient care plans with physicians, nursing staff, and the rehabilitation team.

Atmosphere & Environment

At Hillside, the physical therapy department works closely with the nursing team to align daily care with therapy objectives. The therapy space is arranged to support structured movement, milestone tracking, and daily resident rehabilitation. Qualified applicants can view the clinical layout during their scheduled interview or during a walk-in interview.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Post-acute care experience is preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
