Hillside Medical Lodge is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants for 12-hour shifts. The floor runs on consistent routines. Shifts begin with structured shift-to-shift handoffs, and utility rooms remain stocked with daily clinical supplies. Team members work together to balance floor assignments. Walk-in interviews are open Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Shifts run 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and dining.
- Measure vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
- Respond to resident call lights to provide assistance.
- Turn and position residents to maintain skin integrity.
- Document completed care tasks before the end of the shift.
Atmosphere & Environment
Hillside Medical Lodge is a 128-bed nursing facility in Gatesville, TX. The building layout positions supply closets near resident corridors to minimize floor travel. Floor leaders assist with care transitions during peak activity times to maintain operational flow.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs).
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
