Responsibilities

• Manage the school’s budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support teaching excellence and student needs.
• Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff performance, encouraging professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and targeted development opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders to build trust and collaborative partnerships.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure additional resources for school programs, facilities improvements, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with all educational policies and regulations while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment conducive to learning.
• Lead public speaking engagements at school events, representing the institution with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Oversee classroom instruction quality by supporting teachers in implementing innovative teaching strategies and best practices.
