GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department including representing the department in meetings. Serve as a liaison to outside agencies. Serve as an expert resource for District staff and the community.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Two years of experience working in an office setting
- Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices
