Airplane Admissions

Job Description:  

The Airplane Admissions Representative assists in driving our airplane student admissions, including nurturing all prospective student leads and assisting potential students through the entire enrollment process.    

This position will work out of the Hillsboro campus. 

Job Duties:    

• Grow our customer base through consistently nurturing airplane inquiries from phone calls, emails, website forms, and recruiting events in a relationship-focused sales environment to help us hit our budget.
• Advise prospective students on the most efficient methods to complete desired training and be familiar with current basic FAA information.
• Assist prospective students throughout the entire enrollment process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Organize demonstration flights and campus tours for prospective students.
• Use Hubspot to manage all leads and record relevant interactions and update lead life cycle as appropriate.
• Represent HAA at aviation and education-related events to introduce prospective students to our airplane program.
• Be an advocate for new students and help ensure that they are able to successfully start their training.

• Ability to work on a team and also independently
• Student recruitment or sales experience 

Preferred Skills/Experience:  

• Aviation industry experience
