Responsibilities for Server:
- Stocking all products to par levels
- Takes food orders and delivers food to tables using P.O.S.
- Cleaning dining room and tables
Responsibilities for Chef:
- Cooking meals that are the right quantity, quality & consistency that are flavorful and appealing
- Completing all required prep work for the next shift or day according to prep sheet/production
- Plating all food according to proper presentation, portion and plating standards
- Setting up hot/cold line for meal service
