About the Role
As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents achieve greater independence and quality of life through skilled evaluation, treatment, and care planning. You’ll work in a supportive SNF environment where clinical excellence and compassion go hand in hand.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like

Complete skilled evaluations using appropriate tests and measures
-
Develop timely plans of care in compliance with federal, state, and departmental standards

Provide effective, goal-driven treatments aligned with each patient’s plan of care

Ensure accurate documentation and charging of services per facility guidelines

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to manage patient care
-
Supervise and delegate care to assistants, techs, and support staff in accordance with regulations
What You’ll Need

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
-
Active Nebraska OT license
-
BLS certification (AHA required)
-
