Schedule: Full Time Evenings, 2pm-10pm
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: Additional shift differential may apply based on schedule.

What You’ll Do
As a Nurse Tech, you will support residents and nursing team members by helping provide personal care, comfort, and dignity each day.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support meal service, hydration, and resident engagement.
- Take and report vital signs as directed.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Bring a STAR mentality to your work: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, and Respectful.
What We’re Looking For
- An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience working with the elderly or providing personal care in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, assisted living, or similar setting preferred.
- A caring, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who takes pride in serving others and making each day better for residents.
