What are the responsibilities?

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, CNAs, and providers

Complete accurate and timely documentation
-
Educate patients and families on disease processes and care plans

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on independence and safety
What should I have to be considered?

Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience

Experience with OASIS preferred

Experience with catheter management, wound care, and IV therapy preferred

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
