Pay: $18.50-22.66 per hour based upon experience and education

- Lead and oversee daily dining room operations to ensure exceptional resident and guest experiences
- Ensure residents are warmly greeted, orders are taken accurately, and service standards are consistently maintained
- Address and resolve resident or guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout all dining spaces
- Create staffing schedules that support excellent service while meeting budget expectations
- Hire, train, coach, and supervise front-of-house dining team members
- Partner closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and service execution
- Support resident events and collaborate with the Lifestyle team for special dining experiences
- Maintain menu pricing and updates within the POS system
- Monitor reservations and dining flow to create a seamless experience
- At least one year of fine dining or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations
- Comfortable utilizing technology and POS systems efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive standing, bending, and movement throughout the shift
