Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide compassionate support will directly impact occupancy, satisfaction, and overall experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
- Conduct tours across Hillcrest communities and services, showcasing our offerings with confidence and care
- Manage leads through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to move-in
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure a seamless transition for new residents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CRM systems
- Participate in community outreach, networking events, and marketing initiatives
- Consistently meet and exceed occupancy and sales goals
- 2 years of sales experience (healthcare, senior living, or service-based sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect and build trust quickly
- A consultative sales approach with a focus on listening and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities with strong organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
