A Rehab Tech enhances the lives of individuals by assisting with the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including equipment and supply management, patient transportation, therapist assistance and completion of restorative programs as needed.

- Prepares equipment for new admissions including wheelchair, walkers, and other equipment
- Provides transportation to and from neighborhood (unit) and therapy appointments. Prints therapy schedule to each neighborhood to assist with patient readiness for therapy.
- Assists patients with preparation for therapy when necessary (toileting, donning shoes etc)
- Completes filing of rehabilitation paperwork to charts and neighborhoods
- Prepares for patient treatments by obtaining equipment and supplies
- Must be licensed as a CNA or PTA and able to work in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience working with the elderly in a post-acute or similar setting preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
