We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the communication and language development of children and young adults with diverse learning and developmental needs. Working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, the SLPA plays an essential role in delivering high-quality speech and language services that empower students to reach their full potential.
This position offers the opportunity to provide direct intervention, implement individualized treatment plans, collect and document student progress, and support communication goals across educational, residential, vocational, and community settings.

Educational Requirements:
Candidates must meet Massachusetts eligibility requirements for Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant licensure by possessing one of the following:
* An Associate's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an approved program;
OR
* A Bachelor's Degree with a major in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and
Disorders, Audiology, or a related field;
OR
* A Bachelor's Degree and completion of a Board-approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
certificate program;
OR
* An Associate's, Bachelor's, or advanced degree that includes:
* At least 18 semester credit hours in Speech-Language Pathology and/or Audiology; and
* At least 6 semester credit hours in speech, language, or hearing disorders.
** Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field preferred. **
Experience:
- Experience working with children and adolescents with communication disorders, autism spectrum disorders, emotional disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or multiple disabilities preferred.
- Experience in educational, clinical, residential, or therapeutic settings preferred.
Licenses or Certification:
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start of employment.
Pay Rate: $57,518 - $63, 467 Annually
