YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to start with no experience or degree
- Starting Salary: $21.00 (earn more with experience and degree)
- Paraprofessional exam taken and passed within first 90 days. Increase $.50 when you pass the exam.
- Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
- Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
- Referral Bonus: $1500 for every referral who gets hired

- get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
- get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
- spend a day doing a guided observation
