Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our growing Human Resources team and contribute to various HR functions, including benefits administration, learning and development, and compliance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and strategic initiatives while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, reporting, analysis and data review.
  • Support the HR team through upcoming Workday implementation, which will include data review, data clean-up, function testing, etc.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations by conducting research and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HRIS data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support benefits team with enrollments, invoicing and open enrollment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment.
