We’re looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Whitestown, IN. If you enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of a team that builds and produces quality products, this could be a great fit for you.
No need to be an expert on day one—we’ll train the right people who are willing to learn and show up ready to work.
Shift Options:
Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Setting up equipment and helping with changeovers
- Checking products to make sure quality standards are met
- Making small machine adjustments when needed
- Reporting any bigger issues to maintenance
- Keeping track of production numbers (output, scrap, downtime)
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Following safety rules, SOPs, and food safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus (1–3 years preferred)
- Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused on details
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with good communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Work in a production environment with noise and changing temperatures
