Maintenance Supervisor | Food Manufacturing
We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a food manufacturing facility in Monroe, WI. This is a 1st shift leadership role responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently while developing your team and driving continuous improvement.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am - 1:30pm plus weekends as needed
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance team activities across the plant
- Coordinate installations, projects, and repairs to meet production schedules
- Build and maintain preventive maintenance programs and key reliability metrics
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment - electrical, mechanical, and controls
- Coach, train, and develop maintenance team members through structured career development
- Manage departmental budget including scheduling, purchasing, and expense tracking
- Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and outside vendors
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and all food safety and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement through TPM, breakdown elimination, and defect handling
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Intermediate to advanced electrical knowledge required
- PLC troubleshooting and repair experience required
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
- Pump and valve knowledge a plus
- Sanitary TIG welding experience a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
