Position Description
Location: Charlotte-Metro Area
Hours: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule, Some Weekends Required), could grow to Full-Time
High Tide Hospitality, which includes the brands Ace No. 3, The Waterman Fish Bar, and Sea Level NC, is growing its catering operationsand we need an experienced, organized, energetic, and customer-focused Catering & Events Coordinator to help us take it to the next level!
As the Catering & Events Coordinator, youll play a key role in managing and growing Ace Catering and Full Service Events, ensuring seamless service from order placement to delivery. Youll be the face of our catering team, handling logistics, building client relationships, and making sure every order represents our brands at their best. In addition to standard caterings, you will be involved with our full-service events such as oyster roasts, raw bar pop-ups, private chef events, etc.
Responsibilities:

Manage catering orders Oversee the catering calendar, communicate with clients, confirm orders, and send weekly reminders to stores.

Maintain catering standards Ensure all supplies, packaging, and order presentations meet brand expectations.

Deliver & set up orders Personally deliver and set up catering orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

Attract new clients Conduct ground-level marketing and business outreach to generate new catering opportunities.

Manage payments & reporting Create invoices, collect payments, track sales, and measure Guest satisfaction.

Recognize VIP clients Build strong relationships with key customers and ensure their needs are met.

Maintain catering vehicle and equipment - Drive the company's catering vehicle responsibly and keep the vehicle and equipment (hot boxes, warming bags, roast supplies, etc) cleaned and in great condition.

Be a brand ambassador Represent High Tide Hospitalitys commitment to quality and service in all interactions.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of previous catering experience with an established and reputable catering company

Valid drivers license & reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)

Excellent time management & organizational skills

Cheerful, energetic, and customer-service focused personality

Flexibility in scheduling, weekends required
